NEW!!! Welcome to Serene Beach house, sleeps 14 guests, 2 Min walk from Destin's most beautiful white sand beaches. Our gorgeous house was fully renovated in February 2021.
The main house features 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.
In addition, we have a separate two story guest house with an outside staircase which comprise from a bedroom and small shower (renovated Jan 2024). On second floor of the guest house, there is a second kitchen and playroom.
Enjoy a very spacious open living room, huge chef's kitchen with island that sits 6, huge dining area (102" L), 65" HD TV, 40"-50" TVs in all bedrooms. Central location for best shopping, yummy restaurants and tons of water related attractions!
Pool can be heated with an additional separate daily fee for the whole duration of your stay.

The space
The first floor offers the open living/dining space, fully stocked kitchen, comfy sectional with an 65" TV with Roku inside. Huge dining table that can sit 14 people and a kitchen island that sits 6 for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach.
Main floor offers the convenience of a king bedroom with bathroom (suitable for older people) and a second bedroom, with King and Queen bunks and a completely new bathroom with shower tub combo. On the second floor, you will find the master suite with King size bed, Queen bunks and a gorgeous fully renovated bathroom with stand alone tub. The separate guest house offers a queen bed with a small bathroom, for the youth in the group, who wants their privacy, and on the second floor, a full kitchen and playroom/chill space with a 55"TV Playstation and futon sofa bed (full). This home is located in the heart of Frangista Beach, 2 minutes walking distance from a private gated beach access that leads to the the sugar white beaches of Miramar beach, close to best restaurants, and plenty of shopping areas. Our private pool is completed with a beautiful deck all around it, straight from the back door of the house. Picnic table and grill accompany for complete relaxation by the pool.

Fully fenced back yard, beautiful pool and deck around it with a picnic table and a weber grill are completed for you to enjoy!
Additional notes
Please find below some basic instructions and important info that we ask you to follow and agree upon, when you choose our beach home. We put our hearts and souls in our Lake and Beach homes and ask that you treat it the same way.
Once you book the house, 50% in charged and the rest 50% will be charged 60 days before check in. If you reserve within the 60 days, then one charge will occur at time of reservation. You have up to 48 hours to cancel if you are within the 60 days timeline before check in.

In addition, a 500$ refundable damage deposit charge will appear and will be released automatically up to 2 weeks from check out.
1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN AND AROUND THE HOUSE OR GARAGE.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, at any time only 16 people are allowed at the house.
3. PARKING for 4 regular cars on our driveway only and inside our white fence. No parking is allowed on the street, on neighboring property across or on grassy areas. City is pretty strict and give fines.
4. WELL BEHAVED DOGS are welcome with our pre-approval and a separate non refundable pet fee of 200$ per dog will be collected via square or venmo.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Destin or Miramar beaches. Few counties allows local residents with dog-on-beach permits to walk their leashed dogs on the beach, Walton County property owners or permanent residents must obtain a permit from the county clerk each year to walk dogs on the beach. However, there are a few dog parks and you are welcome to walk with your dog in our neighborhood and along the promenade.
5. If most of the adults in your group are under 25, a separate ADDITIONAL 750$ refundable damage deposit is required, after securing your reservation, via square. This money will be used to cover for any damage or disturbance during or after your stay (Noise, Parking violations, Repairs, Missing items). This amount will be released up to 7 business days after check out.

Neighborhood overview
Frangista beach is a quiet small neighbourhood, with only a few tiny streets, that are all walking distance from the gated beach access that is reserved only for the owners and guests of our community. You can stroll around, bike, or run and see our neighbour's bunnies running around. You are welcome to feed them too.

Getting around
A vehicle is recommended for your vacation, but not entirely necessary if you plan to enjoy just the beach house life. There is public beach access within 2 min. walking distance from both sides of the house, and many other beach access points along Scenic 98 that can easily be accessed by walking. The house is perfectly located in the middle, between all main shopping areas: Destin Commons is 8 minutes drive, the Outlet is 6 minutes and many many more shops and restaurants are spread around.
Walton airport (airport code VPS) is only 30 minutes from the house. No other transportation is available, except if you would like to rent a golf cart. Will be happy to recommend you where to do it along with other many recommendations about the area.
