The space
Serene breeze, on 50 Sarasota st. Destin, was totally renovated from head to toe, to offer you the best time, in a beautiful home away from home.

Main floor offers an open living-dining area, with 65" TV, a big dining table that can seat 12 and a door to the pool. Huge master bedroom on main floor has a king and queen over queen, 65" HDTV + PS4 and a sitting area. Main floor also offers a full bathroom and a laundry room.

On the second floor, 2 king bedrooms, sharing a bathroom with tub/shower combo and a master ensuite with a king and queen over queen and a working area. Fully fenced front and back yard, so the kids are safe playing outside.

Additional notes
Please find below some basic instructions and important info that we ask you to follow and agree upon, when you choose our beach home. We put our hearts and souls in our Lake and Beach homes and ask that you treat it the same way.

Once you book the house directly, 50% in charged and the rest 50% will be charged 60 days before check in and will show as: STRIPE - SERENE WATER. Stripe would also put 500$ hold as a deposit for you and it would be released automatically (assuming all is well with the house).

If you reserve within the 60 days check in date, then one charge will occur at time of reservation.

You have up to 48 hours to cancel if you are within the 60 days timeline before check in.

Please note, that a 500$ refundable damage deposit charge will appear and will be released automatically up to 2 weeks from check out under STRIPE AND SERENE WATER.

1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN AND AROUND THE HOUSE OR GARAGE.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, at any time only 16 people are allowed at the house.

3. PARKING for 4 cars on our driveway only and inside our white fence. No parking is allowed on the street, on neighboring property across or on grassy areas. City is pretty strict and give fines.

4. WELL BEHAVED DOGS are welcome with our pre-approval and a separate non refundable pet fee of 200$ per dog will be collected via zelle or venmo.

Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Destin or Miramar beaches. Few counties allows local residents with dog-on-beach permits to walk their leashed dogs on the beach, Walton County property owners or permanent residents must obtain a permit from the county clerk each year to walk dogs on the beach. However, there are a few dog parks and you are welcome to walk with your dog in our neighborhood and along the promenade.

5. If most of the adults in your group are under 25, a separate ADDITIONAL 750$ refundable damage deposit is required, after securing your reservation, via square. This money will be used to cover for any damage or disturbance during or after your stay (Noise, Parking violations, Repairs, Missing items). This amount will be released up to 7 business days after check out.

Neighborhood overview
Frangista Beach is an amazing small neighbourhood, comprised from a few streets, beautiful homes that all share the private beach access. You are welcome to run, walk, bike in this quiet neighbourhood. Enjoy the bunnies that are running and the proximity to one of the most beautiful FL.
Getting around
You do not need anything to get to the beach, as it is literally 2-3 minutes walk to our private deeded beach access on Hollywood street. You can always rent a golf cart, but bear in mind it mat be difficult to find parking at the beach. Badass Coffee shop, Dairy queen and Pascali kitchen and Pompano joe's are walking distance, the rest you'll need your car.
